ouch! this little one looked much better almost 5 years earlier

is it me, or it looks like it's been repainted?
probably, on my picture it's the angle and surrounding lights make it look a bit darker blue, than on yours

No, it's not allowed for uploading as unreasonable doubling. Crash is not an allowed change for uploading to any country section. Rules are equal for entire main gallery.

It's definitely repainted and 100% sure it's NOT the same colour.

On the old photos it's a modern metallic blue, but on the 2022 pic, it's been repainted in a more classic, non-metallic blue. Mods, please re-evaluate and give permission for upload as double.
