He's right, this is an Uno CS, a version of the brasilian Uno. You can recognize it, as well as from the writing indicating the model placed behind, also from the tank that in the Uno CS in on left and in italian Uno in on right, and then from the different hood, you can see difference in the hood comparing it with this italian Uno: http://platesmania.com/it/nomer17403411

They sold it officially in Italy in the 80s, it's not imported
