AA and AA-.. 'after the first plate and the provinces ..' very difficult to find them again

congrats ! its normal its difficult to see, those plates having started in 1994 !! In France, the serie AA *** AA started in 2009

Italian AA *** AA plates were issued in the Terni province, while French AA *** AA plates were issued everywhere, probably except of Mayotte.
