Helvetics, no need to set tag "trailer" for a trailer plate.
This tag should be set only in those galleries, where are no trailer plates, represented as a special type (in Swiss, French, Spanish, British, German, Polish, Czech and Ukrainian-2004 galleries).

In the Spanish gallery we have a type of plates for trailers so I think it don't need the tag, not?: http://platesmania.com/es/regionstat-R-3

Tag "trailer" is not needed in this case.
And what about Hungary? Here the X-series are for trailers but it is possible to get custom plate for cars with leading X,m-ast
