This Tatra was once owned by Kobayashi Shotaro (founder and editor of Car Graphic) for a restoration effort, but was ultimately given away to his friend in Shizuoka, who still owned the vehicle at the time of the photo (Nov.2013).
This car was on display at the Toyota Museum to commemorate the release of Kobayashi's latest photo book featuring 30s and 40s cars of Tokyo "Showa no Nihon Jidosha Kenbunroku"... which unfortunately became his last book as he passed away around the time this photo was taken.
RIP Kobayashi Shotaro.
