Fairly certain this Odyssey tried to turn right on a left-turn only, considering the car behind him were honking hard, and the police car that was originally two cars in front of them took notice and subsequently pulled him over.
Near Kenrokuen.

I'm calling it. In about a couple of years, this car will be auctioned off and go on a ship to New Zealand.

That's assuming this car has a VSC on board, which recently became mandatory for all cars imported to NZ. Otherwise it'd have to go as a classic car IIRC which an Odyssey is not.
