Since then I have spotted a motorcycle from ROK but they're unfortunately not supported. And I have seen another ROK plated vehicle in Budva last year but was unable to catch it

I’ve never seen a South Korean in Loznica, Serbia. My furthest spot is a Mexican (Sonora) plate partly hidden behind a Russian plate, issued somewhere between 1998-2001. I recognized it by having “SON MEX” on the bottom!

Sorry for the late reply. It's very rare. But 2 years ago I missed a Korean vehicle and I was bummed. It was a Hyundai Terracan. Another spotter who came to Montenegro, also saw a Korean vehicle but he couldn't spot it either.
