It is actually a 5th Gen GMC Sierra 1500 (2020). I would have never thought I would find my truck on this site (I was looking for interesting plates and decided to run mine, just for fun!)

Thank you! Nice to see another Lux resident AND spotter of interesting plates and nice cars/trucks!

Short answer: US-made, but a Mexican model purchased in Mexico (most probably Veracruz)!

And the long one:
Made Fort Wayne (US) for the Mexican market (according to its VIN). Spanish stickers on pillars, doors, etc.. It also uses units of measurement that are typically found in Mexico, like km, km/h, Celsius degrees, km/l, etc. although the tacho can be switched to MPH.

It was imported in 2020 from Mexico (Veracruz, I was told) to Germany (most new US-spec vehicles found in Europe are either from Canada or occasionally Mexico, both because dealerships there are more likely to sell to exporters - without crazy markups - and because units of measurements are compatible with European standards). In 2020, importing US-spec vehicles from Mexico was briefly more common due to a favorable EUR/MXP exchange rate (MXP lost 20% of its value in Q1 2020).

I kept the MX Repuve (Registro publico vehicular) sticker on the windshield as a souvenir!

The 76251 plate was from a previous truck I owned (F-150 King Ranch... I should post a photo of the plates on that one I guess :)

Dope to see a former Mexican on the roads of the country!

As for me, indeed! If you are into USDMs, JDM imports or any foreign market spots, this is literally my profile :D
