Libya (about 6-7 photos), then Guinea and Senegal with 3-4 each
Surprisingly I have never seen Moroccan plates in Hungary (I think moralisa has, though), it was really unexpected to find one so far north! It looks like they can be mostly found near the Mediterranean region. (I saw my first in Paris)

I second your list of other African countries, however I replace Senegal with Algeria Also, I have seen only one each (yet).

Interesting! Morocco is by far the most common African country in my pics (37 pics), followed by Libya (10), Tunisia (9) and Algeria (7)

I had had three Moroccans and all of them were uploaded already. Apart from Moroccans, there are one Egyptian and one South Africa that I spotted in... Maldives. The place where one least expects encounter a foreign plate.
