Just a quick thought, doesn't these cars goes through some kind of Customs inspection before boarding ferry to Europe ? Nobody says anything about the lack of Oval Sticker or that special plate sticker / alternative plates comform to Vienna's convention with a Latin Letter dubbing the Arabic one ?
