That's the number of the truck, not the trailer. Shouldn't there be a Volvo or license plate without a vehicle?

That's correct, it is the repeater number of the truck. After some discussion in the last few years, it's decided that such repeater plates should be listed as the trailer they're attached to, maintaining the status quo on the site.
