At this place, where I spotted these always has lots of interesting plates (and cars, because there are 2 luxury hotels nearby). Yesterday, I have spotted there for only 20-25 minutes, and I did expect some interesting foreign plates, but the MA and VN plates really surprised me!
Apart from these 2, I have also spotted interesting Austrians (custom plate, electric, W **** MW, dealer), B, BIH, CZ, FIN, L, 2 MD, PL, SLO, UA, UK; a Maybach and a McLaren 720S, so you can find almost anything there!
(P.S. these plates which I spotted yesterday were convincing enough that I have decided to go there to spot more often!
