I took this photo when I was more little, around 2013. That woman was posing to have someone else take a photo, I didn't mind waiting for her to move

It's a rental car plate,probably the rental company changed its business,from vans to luxury cars...   !;)

Well I noticed the Maserati pic is older so it's the opposite,they probably decided to rent vans and not anymore luxury cars  :thumbs up:

FYI: In Monaco plates can be transferred to a new vehicle but it is easier to release the number back into the system and simply apply for a new plate number at time of purchase (people normally only transfer if they have a good number, like "2222" or "666D"). So the chances that this plate is registered to the same lease / rental company is very unlikely! Plates change owners as often as the cars in Monaco  :D
