Thanks!! I used to spot only cars, and looking for "foreign plates". My friend told me about platesmania, and now i am more and more a fan!

I looked in my archive if I had some interesting plates.

I never saw a MNE before, in the NL (where I am from) Polish, en Czech is the most common, and ofcourse German & Belgium.

May I ask what is rare on this code?

Are plates from MNE personal or stay on the car? If you sell your car in the NL, it stays on the car. Dutch plates tell how old a car is.

Tha's great to hear! And keep up the good work!
This code is rare because Andrijevica is a very small town having a population of only 1,073 citizens.
And that's what I like about Dutch plates! The plates in Montenegro belong to the owner but can't be transferred if the owner changes vehicle. Only custom/vanity plates can be transferred.
