SEAT Tarraco
My first and only Mexico so far, and also one of my best spots ever in my hometown.
I already spotted this over four years ago and it was one of my first uploads to PlatesMania. However, it was quickly removed because not the whole vehicle is depicted. Since then, I have asked many people, including a mod, who said it should be allowed. According to rule 6.7, one in 50 photos are allowed to be like this.

I hope so too! I waited very long and asked many different people before I decided to finally upload this. Mexico is extremely rare, so this is a really special spot and should be allowed to stay.

We should be more tolerant with photos taken before the author joined Platesmania, and learned about the site's standards. I don't approve of photos which are only close-ups on the plate, but this one can stay according to 6.7, because most of the car is visible.

There are so many photos of my early days of spotting which I can't upload, but this is one that's really important to me, so I am very happy that it can stay on the site!
