Nope, customized at literal plate shops or car accessories shop. Some people choose to have plates shaped according to the car's recess areas. Road Transport Department doesn't bother printing plates because they can get easy money by fining people that are using "fancy" or small fonts. Heck, I'm pretty sure the font on Platesmania doesn't even have a name, it just became the "official" one because most people use it.
