It's a real Dutch LP, but it's a military plate (still has to be changed in the database)
Previously, sidecodes 1, 2 and 3 were used for military plates. Now they added sidecodes 7, 8 and 9.
DM = Defensie Materieel
Combinations: 99-DMX-9, DM-999-X, D-999-MX (X = B->Z, 9 = 0->9)
So, you have spotted a very rare new (and real!) military plate!
