"Alfaza'a الفزعة" sounded like an odd local slang to me until i found out that it's an actual proper arabic word with meaning and such. %)

All police vehicles which I saw in Qatar have such a word, Alfazaa. What is it mean, something like "fear" or "fright"?
One more "Alfazaa":

Alfazaa in this context actually means something along the lines of emergency relief/help. The fact that it's very close to an Arabic definition of "panic" confused me and what led me to my initial comment.

Admittedly, aside from airport transit, i haven't been to Qatar (nor UAE) since January/February 2011 so i can't remember if said naming has always been used over there.
