My highest seen in Loznica is 102-EL!

Anyways, awesome spot! I’ve noticed that series have been progressing slower than they used to. For example, the 101 series from late December to early February.

I think the 103 series will pop in around early- to mid-March. The 102-EL was not spotted but two plates earlier is, for me, the highest spotted.

It's only a matter of time. I can notice the driver was pretty quick when it comes to time between registering the car in the LO plate district and driving to a far place. The driver be like: register it one day and go to Bar the next.

Update: I’ve seen LO 102-GM but forgot to spot it.

28.2.2020: Current highest 102-KE. What else to say, looks like series are progressing slowly and the 103 series will begin most likely in mid-to-late March.
