Spotted in Loznica, Serbia
My first SA that I managed to spot in Loznica! I've seen a few white pickups a bit before, but they were too far to make their number readable from my camera. They were traveling one behind another and all of them sported such plates

Interesting enough, in Niš, there's a Mazda for sale with SA plates but it's parked in a guarded parking lot behind a fence so I never got around to spot it.

That happened to be the case with a Turkish diplomatic plate I saw in Loznica a few weeks ago. It began with 06 CD and it was parked in front of a house - it would've been quite a problem if I spotted it.

Last week I saw SA 015-ON near Loznica, literally passing next to me. The guy went too fast to be spotted
