Unfortunately, it comes up as a different spot because of the year (19 in your case and 21 on cannoutt's). The whole concept with the year on the plate is totally unnecessary imo as all the diplomats have to change their plates yearly..

I do agree, but I guess it is part of the code on the site so it counts as different plates, although it would be interesting to see how the same plate moves around for more than just the one year... so long as different years would be allowed as a double spot of course!!

Unfortunately the double spot does not appear, I discovered this photo only because I looked for the code 133 in the Serbian gallery and I saw that it was the same car
