Spotted an hour ago in Belgrade, Serbia
Also spotted is a plate from Mozambique, but parts of it are covered in ice. Comment if you would like a photo of it

It's good enough I think, you can clearly identify the origin of the plate and read all numbers. Didn't you get a front shot?

It's all thanks to FE-Schrift and my habit of paying attention to details. And I couldn't spot it since I was hurrying and couldn't turn to do so.
