In which order do the Serbian license plates increment? Is there a guide somewhere
In case of regular plates, letters progress first (XX 001-AA, XX 001-AB), and then the numbers do so (XX 001-ZZ, XX 002-AA, XX 002-AB....).

Agree but I'm confused about in which order do the letters go. Is it alphabetical in terms of the latin alphabet, or cyrillic, or not alphabetical at all?

On license plates in alphabetical order of Latin alphabet.
So, for example, Kragujevac:
KG 001-AA
KG 001-AB
KG 001-AC
...
KG 001-ZZ
KG 002-AA
KG 002-AB
Etc.
