To your luck, it's even rarer than the regular trailer plates because these plates are intended for abnormally heavy trailers (more than 40 metric tons in like maximum allowed capacity). Not to mention, the four-digit trailer plates came around only last year, but it's gonna be a long way until we see something like AA-0001 BG or AA-1000 BG after ZZ-999 BG is reached (BG is not so close to starting the C-series).

Huh - Now I regret not taking a better photo. I was just leaving a rest stop and figured to snap a quick picture as I hadn't seen many (if-any) red plates.
