This is not a fake. This is a newly printed number. The car was removed from the register in Sweden, but is still legal in Ukraine.
P.S. colleague, why did you stop uploading photos?

Curious how this is legal in Ukraine? The car is not registered anywhere. It's basically the same as driving without licence plates.

thanks coronavirus :D . The borders are closed, cars cannot be deregistered in many countries. Now our police turn a blind eye to it

I don't understand what Ukrainians mean when they write "de-registered" as I've seen this on several olx posts too. The car is de-registered once the previous owner de-registers it (either when its sold or they export it). There is nothing Ukraine does or contacts to de-register anything.

Many people did not remove their cars from registration. They just made fictitious certificates that they were working for a foreign company. To travel legally in Ukraine with a foreign registration. When there were a lot of such cars, the police declared war on them and gave them 6 months for customs procedures at a preferential price. But then the coronavirus came, and everything remained the same. Do not forget that the police cannot quickly and legally check if a car has been deregistered in another country. Excluding cases when the car is in the Interpol database

Otherwise a copy of regdoc is needed to be sent in to Transportstyrelsen

Everything is correct. The police won't do it for no good reason.
