Nice catch! ^^ Interesting that it still has transit plates that expired in 2023. There is no information from Swedish services about it from my quick search, so it is owned by a company or a person in the USA. I wonder why new plates are not installed though.
It had Utah plates on the rear. It is common that once people receive their overseas delivery vehicles (such as Volvo), they leave the temporary export plate on the front, sort of as a status symbol. Utah used to be very lenient and not really enforce a front plate law, and now, as of January 1, Utah only requires the rear plate to be displayed.

I forgot USA's states have different laws about licence plate requirements. Very interesting though! Thank you for the information ^^
