Yes, it is mine. Bought in May, then 3 months of repairing, technical inspection in September, and this is result (but some details are still not done).

When you buy a car in Slovakia,you don't need to change the plates,cause you kept the original plates ?

When you buy car in the same district as you live, plate change is your choice (I didn't need new ones, because old ones looks better on old car and change cost 33€).
Change is required only when you buy car in other district, then you must pay 33€ for new plates.
