I suppose taxi driver originally comes from Łódź city and it's a private visit.

This isn't possible. UK taxis are insured differently and as such, it generally isn't possible to take a taxi outside of the UK.

The driver will be Polish visiting family. I see quite a lot of taxi plates around Europe, mostly all working in UK as taxi drivers.
