every 5 minutes they love to be renewing the license plates of the great majority of the states.some are boring and simple desings. not all but some yes, especially when each of that are renovated citizens are obliged to pay for the new :/ men Sometimes of so many designs i can't differentiate them!

Nice !! I figured you saw it already. Yes and that is why I enjoy living near Mexico, Texas plates are VERY BORING, so Mexico makes life VERY INTERESTING here ! Every 5 minutes lol yeah I know what you mean ... No complaints here though... I enjoy Mexico's plates, more than USA for sure ... Yes some become boring, like previous Coahuila after SCT mandate of all plates, then they'll issue something remarkable like THIS ! :) Yes that's the plate !! Yes must be annoying having to pay for new plates often, how much does it cost to do this in Mexico ?

Well the license plates of USA seem serious but very creative at the same time, I like them very much Specially North Dakota, Arizona, Pennsylvania, This North Carolina, Vermont New Hapshire, New México West Virginia, Oklahoma South Dakota, Etc.. almost every I think North America (Canadá USA and México they have the most colorful license plates, the ones that are really boring are those of South America without offense recently i find one of Argentina In Yucatan MX

This from Chile (not mine)

Colombia

Each renewal of plates in Mexico has an approximate cost
$800 to 1000 MXN for citizens depending of the State sometimes in extreme cases it is requested $2000 MXN..,for motorcycles cargo trucks ambulances patrols and official vehicles is another story..
The most emblematic of Mexico are

Converting your currency you say they range in price from $42 - $52 in extreme cases $104... That's nothing compared to USA fees !!

Ok yes, I understand you... The bureaucracy known as USA is probably regulating the plates to make sure that stupid people don't get the states confused ! :D That's nice ! You get to see all of our countless states, big and small lol. Nice Oklahoma, this one is supposed to be off the roads already and is really no longer seen anymore. Wow fun fact, Morelos and "Edomex" huh ? Interesting about Luxury cars registering in those states. Is proof of address required ?? Thanks for the link !! I'm mostly fluent in Spanish, I just speak and write it kind of crappily lol

First off, different types of fees for different states, some are a Flat Fee, some are based on Value and Age (Ad Valorem Tax), some are based on weight... In Texas it depends on how new your vehicle is. If it's old, very low fee, if new, can be as high as $300 I believe, maybe even more... Illinois uses a Flat Fee, it used to be $78 many years ago, now I think it's near $200 but less, states like Connecticut I think are the most costly.

I paid $64 dollars for tag and the assorted paperwork that comes with buying a car in Alabama, I believe the renewal by itself is $23 though
