On some of the photos, an identical transporter can be seen in the background, that could very well be the one on this photo, no. 191.

That's right, in Kazakhstan there were two VW. On photo 191. Had numbers 646 WWA 05 > 529 BCZ 02. There is information that at the end of 2018 191 was sold to Russia.
