Yep! TMS 662 was an SUV! Now, TMS 662 has TTX 615, though. Still waiting to spot it!!

I have no idea. Either the guy who owned it immediately sold it not long after the photo, or transferred ownership to another family member. Your guess is as good as mine lol.
