A lot of this format can be Vanity, known as Personalized over here when it really doesn't spell words and looks like serial instead... Also AB 1234 and ABC 1234 formats. ABC 12 and AB 123 formats are actually not Vanity or Personalized. Illinois is a very confusing state for formats !!

Interesting... They could always do emojis (I think AlabamaPlateSpotter mentioned this for Florida). I like Illinois plates, though! I'm still looking for AM 75605!
