Property Carrying plates are also a problem. Some people just get them so they can park in loading zones and stuff, especially in Charleston, which I need to visit someday. Some people actually use them correctly (most people actually use them right).

I've also been to Columbia, but I would like to go again, as I forgot how it looked. I'll see if I can go exploring this summer, can't guarantee it, though.
