It was replaced, that's why you can't find it there. My guess was University of Tampa, turned out Right ! I believe this building shown is part of the Hillsborough County Logo/Seal. That's how I guessed it correctly !

It was replaced, that's why you can't find it there. My guess was University of Tampa, turned out Right ! I believe this building shown is part of the Hillsborough County Logo/Seal. That's how I guessed it correctly !
