RIGHT !I can't see the phone very well in the bright summer, also, I don't feel comfortable staring at the phone while doing this... Too suspicious, I'm very much doing this "blindly" when in busy lots...

It used to only be a Chicago Problem, but thanks to the High Cost of Living over there, many have moved out of Chicago and into cities like Peoria, Bloomington-Normal, Rockford, Moline, Rock Island, Decatur, Springfield, Champaign-Urbana, ... They didn't change their behavior either, they just do their "Chicago Nonsense" in their new city. Hence this is now an Illinois Problem. So unless you live in a small town or farming village, which I am NOT willing to do, you have Crime Issues !!

as i already advised to cardriver3838, use app "snapseed" for rotating and cropping of your photos, also it can help to set contrast for example
