I wouldn't know why... Have no idea, I cannot figure that one out at all ... When I stayed in Vermont for just less than 6 months I barely saw any over there....

I'm lucky if I saw that in the last 20 years !! 
Well, all I can say is that I stayed in a Remote Village lol serious, in Grand Isle County near The Canadian Border ! So maybe that's why lol Saw a ton of Quebec ! Lol

Seriously COULD NOT HANDLE THAT KIND OF LIFESTYLE !! I LITERALLY Ran away SCREAMING !
