I cropped it out, from what I remember the admins are super strict about having peoples faces in pictures. Better safe than sorry.

You're fine! I got banned for 3 days due to "bad quality content". I used to use zoom for my photos when I first consciously started spotting, which severely decreased the quality of the photo.
