Plate means Fryolator as the owner uses French Fry oil and grease instead of gas for his car.
I have met the owner a few years ago and it had over 300K Miles (Possibly over 500K Miles by now)

Free bascially! It all depends though of where they get the fryer oil from. The owner of this car usually goes to McDonalds and Burger King after hours and is given the leftover oil for free. I'm not totally sure!

A bit stinky when burning but yupp bascially used oil.
