Delaware is one of the last US states to be added. However, it can be moved up and re-enqueued after Alaska, unless other, more populated and non-represented US states, such as Oklahoma, Utah or Kansas, are requested by other spotters.

I don't have a special request for a specific state at the moment, DC was my last "big bulk".
Another request - I have a bulk of Louisiana specialties that are not represented, so my request is to add these, but personally the missing plates of Israel are more important to me so it's not too urgent, not before Israel anyway.
