For some reason, I didn't think front plate states would even bother to put a dealer plate on the front of the car. I recently saw one from NJ with no front plate.

Yeah true, but this is Illinois, they're strict about Registration !! Even converting a bus to an RV is a huge ordeal and if you don't to certain things in a timely manner then your conversion is not accepted !!

Oh, wow. That's interesting, and I didn't even know that! Thanks for the info! I had no idea that Illinois was that strict about registration.
