This was remade green to red in 2023. Originally green would show cancelled and red as active on the same as the cancel date for the green (in the system) as I commented on your other photo, but more recently they now import the previous status date the green plate held (in this case the red one says 2018) but if you search the serial as a green plate it shows canceled in 2023. Hence we know it was remade at that time and flagged in the system as a red plate, retaining all of its previous information.
