Yes, there are. They put the car in a container and the cars need approx. a month to come to Bar, the biggest port in Montenegro / Crna Gora.

My estimation is that with knowledge of Serbian/Croatian app. 50% of Russian is understandable. Maybe it is better for native speakers.

I think that all the slavic languages are understandable for every slavic person.Poles and Czech or Czech and Slovaks can understand themselves for example.

Because these languages are so close, my experience is that Serbians\Croatians do not understand Slovenian, although it is also Southern Slavic language!
