Good question ! Honestly, I cannot, as these are so so old and I didn't locate these when they came out. I actually didn't even live here then either ! I have quite a bit of the next format 123 ABC, and even more of ABC 123 format, but both of these are still lacking and sporadic. The 2009 and 2012 formats however are quite comprehensive with only a few prefixes missed, 1 to 3 out of every 2 letter combo !
