Yes, we have got, because of uncertainty for Kosovo, related to the absence of permanent TLD code.
We consider two variants of solution for Kosovo: either adding it to this section as partially recognized territory, as well as for Northern Cyprus, or creating separate country section with temparary subdomain code .xk. I think the first variant will be chosen as more preferrable under current circumstances.
