I have finally had the chance to spot this rarity outside Harrods! As far as I am aware, this is the lowest Bahraini plate uploaded on the platesmania.com website as of 06.09.2025, however @Bahraini Carguy has spotted a lower number in a blurry picture.

Two digit license plates in Bahrain usually belong to wealthy individuals or the Bahraini Royal Family, however I am almost 100% certain this is a vehicle belonging to a member of the RF of the Kingdom of Bahrain as there is a Boeing 747 belonging to the government parked at London Heathrow Airport Cargo Terminal.
