I saw this car about 2 years ago, definitely a head turner, though it was gone before I could ready my camera. Just did a VIN check (TMBPW46Y743964892) - apparently the original engine was 1.2 HTP, and was changed to an EV on 19.8.2011 (ZAEVIDOVÁNA SHORA UVEDENÁ PŘESTAVBA ČJ.2048/2011-150-SCH2. ZMĚNA POHONU-PALIVA). Changed color in 2014.

Psst, don't tell no one, it's the car insurance calculator, just enter the plate and a fake phone number. Works most of the time.
