ΔΕΔΙΣΑ seems to be written on the rear box. It its the Διαδημοτική Επιχείρηση Διαχείρισης Στερεών Αποβλήτων Ανώνυμη Εταιρεία (ΟΤΑ) , the Inter-Municipality Solid Waste Management Company (I think it's between Municipalities in the Prefecture of Chania)
