Sorry for sharing my little story, but in 2013 I visited Corfu with my family for the first time. I remember seeing a very similar Skoda Pickup, like this one in Ipsos, but it was probably abandoned, we never seen it moving, just parked at the same place. I wasn't a spotter at that time, so I don't know what was its plate. Not sure if it could be the same as that one on your picture or just another car.
