Yeah, MNE is full of foreign platrs. I was amazed, what i could see there. I, too, saw some irish plates. Three of them i posted here, because they gave me new codes for my collection.

yeah in general we find everything in montenegro whether it is plates from the far west of europe such as ireland, portugal, scotland or plates from the caucasus or even from central asia

That's right. 2019 was only my third real spotting year. I was able to collect 5 new countries in MNE(AND, PMR, NGR/WAN, BRN and CI(Cook Islands)). In addition there were KZ, AZ, RUS and others. I also saw J, CY and ROK, of which unfortunately I could not take photos. I will definitely go there again sometime.
