Yes. You can still see Cyrillic script used around Montenegro, after all it is still taught in 1st grades alongside with Latin script.  :)

More exactly, it's a post-Yugoslavian plate of the former united state of Serbia and Montenegro.


These plates were introduced in 1998, Serbia and Montenegro was created in 2003. Of course it is true, that from ex-Yugoslavian states such plates were used only in Serbia and in Montenegro.
